CONDITIONS

Welcome to the Casey Salon Supplies website. We want your on line shopping experience to be an exciting and pleasurable experience. By accessing the CSS website, you are agreeing to the consent of the following terms and conditions associated with Casey Salon Supplies. Please review the Conditions  listed below.


PRICING

Casey Salon Supplies reserve the right to change any price at which we offer our products and will endeavour to correct any errors in pricing that may appear on the Casey Salon Supplies web site. If you think you have noticed an incorrect price on our website, please contact us at caseysalonsupplies@outlook.com.au. Casey Salon Supplies shall have no liability for any such changes and/or errors and we are not bound to fulfill orders at outdated prices.


SHIPPING

Shipping costs will depend on weight and location of postage. Please note shipping will be calculated accordingly for interstate orders. Free shipping on all our products to CCBT Campuses Only when purchasing if you choose this option. If you choose to have products delivered to your door, delivery fees and charges will apply.

Orders are processed Thursday and Friday and delivered to Casey College of Beauty Therapy campus at Berwick free of charge.

Delivery to local salons only (Pakenham & Berwick) free of charge, or you can collect your order in-store at 144 Main Street Pakenham.

If you miss the process date, your order will be delivered the following week.

Once CSS delivers your purchase to the shipping company, the risk of loss and title of your purchase (responsibility) transfers to the shipping company.


RETURNS

Unopened Products

Casey Salon Supplies will only accept returns on the condition the items have been unused and not opened. We will only accept these items on the prevision that we receive a emailed return request sent direct to: caseysalonsupplies@outlook.com.au within 25 days of the purchase date. CSS will not refund extra postage fees that occur with the return of the item/s. If you have received a free gift or promotional gift when purchasing the particular item/s, this must also be returned. 

If you wish to return a product, please follow the below steps:

1. Contact us on 5995 9499 to let us know you would like to arrange a product return. We will then let you know of the correct address to send the products back to.

2. Email a request to return to caseysalonsupplies@outlook.com.au


3. Pack and seal the item/s in their original shipping package and post them back to us or bring into the show room.

4. Provided that we receive the products in their original condition, we will arrange for the original purchase price (less the extra postage if it was paid) to be refunded to the purchaser's credit card, PayPal or bank account. Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods for the refund to be processed.



Lay By
  • Minimum deposit of 10% of total purchase
  • Minimum layby amount total is $50
  • Duration of no more than 12 weeks
  • Cannot layby Sale Items
  • Weekly payments to be made to avoid cancellation
  • If layby is cancelled or unpaid 20% of the total amount paid will be deducted from the refunded amount.


Faulty or Damaged Goods 

Casey Salon Supplies take as much care as possible when packing your items and they are packed with the utmost care, preventing the items being damaged whilst in transit. If an item arrives to you damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving them in the mail. Casey Salon Supplies will arrange for the products to be returned to the showroom at our cost and a replacement will be sent out to you. Majority of our brands and products are covered under a 12 or 24 month warranty through manufacturer faults. If you need to have an electrical item repaired, whilst it is under the warranty period, Casey Salon Supplies will cover the shipping charges involved to and from the manufacturer. The cost of returning the item to us so that we can do this will be at your expense. In some cases you will need to deal directly with the importer, in which case will provide you with all necessary contact details.

Opened Products

If you have purchased a part without our advice and it does not fit, you can return the item for an exchange. If the packaging has been opened, we will not accept returns as the product will no longer be able to be sold as new. Please check with us before placing an order if unsure about the compatibility.

Incorrect Address

If we are provided with an address that is incorrect or incomplete, causing the order to be sent back to us, once the correct address is confirmed a postage fee of $10 will be incurred for sending out the order a second time. This will be provided in the way of a PayPal invoice and must be paid before we resend the order again.



FAULTY PRODUCTS

If your item you have received has a fault or you are unsure if there is a fault with an item, please make sure that you contact us immediately for a replacement or refund. The cost in returning the item to us will be at your expense if the item is faulty 30 days after delivery. If you have received a product that is not working satisfactorily on first use, please contact us.



STOCK LEVELS

Casey Salon Supplies will endeavour to have ample stock levels at all times and notify on our website if products are out of stock. Even though we try to control this the best we can, sometimes we may become out of stock of some of our products. If this occurs, you will be notified on the website or by phone or email if you enquire. If there is a delay, we will let you know the expected time you will receive your goods. A general delay time will usually be 2 - 5 days.




ACCOUNT 

Upon registering with Casey Salon Supplies, you are taken through a process whereby you provide personal details, including delivery address. Please ensure these details are kept current and correct. Once you have registered and been approved, you then are responsible for your trade card, password and account access and you are responsible for all actions that occur under your account and password, including payments and transactions. Any impersonations (i.e. false e-mail addresses or authority) will constitute a breach of these Conditions of Use.

Our Website License allows for restricted access to our web site for personal use. Therefore, without written consent from Casey Salon Supplies, modifications or downloading of content from our web site is forbidden. 


WEBSITE CONTENT

Casey Salon Supplies will endeavour to keep all material listed on this website current an accurate to the best of our knowledge. We will also endeavour to correct any textual, graphical or factual errors in our website content. If you spot an error, we would appreciate you contacting us immediately so we can resolve the issue.  We are fully committed to keeping the website current and up to date, however, human error can sometimes occur. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the product descriptions on our website or other content are always current, reliable, complete or accurate.
