Please do NOT fill in this application form if you are not a qualified Beauty Therapist, Hairdresser, Massage Therapist or a Training Hair or Beauty Student. The following fields are required to complete in order for an application to be approved.
Please note CCS only retails to trade professional only.
All details will be confirmed in and may be declined or require further information to process.
If your details cannot be confirmed in the usual directories membership may be declined pending further information.
CCS may also request a copy of your professional qualification or student ID card.
The registration process can take 1-4 working days to process.
